Since I can remember art has been my escape space. In high school art class was my favorite place to be. I can remember countless times when I would have a free period and go hang out in that room with my art teacher, who was equally as awesome as the class itself. Sometimes I had to be pushed out of the room, so that I could make it to Algebra. Over the years, life took over, and while my interest in art was still there, the time was not. Or so I thought. I still currently work a full time job, but there is plenty of downtime. While at work, I have made it a personal goal to use my downtime to build my blog, my Pinterest, my Instagram, and my Etsy shop. I have also made it a point to set aside as much time as I can afford to paint and just delve into art. Most of the time I am hesitant to start a project, because I know that I will not rest until it is done. It brings my great satisfaction and purpose the moment I pick up a paint brush. I hope my art can someday find it's way into your homes and exude that same joy I felt while making it straight into your lives.
